Well some people have been asking me about my diet plan ever since I lost 30-40 pounds in 3-4 months.
Well I really don't want to reccomend this diet to anyone because you will suffer.
I started off by eating nothing but vegetables, I bought those salad from superstore and at first I started off with no dressing, you will feel SICK and it makes you eat LESS and too lazy to eat. Of course I nhad to drink a lot of water so that my stomach won't growl much. I used to eat veggies only like 5 times a week.
I used to only eat out on friday after bible study, because pretty much I had no choice looking at my friends eating made me want to join them. I also had to isolate myself from all kinds of foods, or anything appetizing. There are many temptation out there.
Of course my body felt so weak, and sloppy, but I went to the gym a lot doing cross-country and threadmill. I spent 1-2 hours everytime I go to the gym. My advise is that it's okay to do slow in every machine as long as you burn calories, and I used to make myself did 1000 at least.
So imagine, you had less than 500 calories per day, and you burned 1000 calories. It takes a lot of prayer as well. I couldn't have done it without the Lord who gave me the strength enduring the pain.
Of course some of my friends did play part on my diet ( I am not going to mention any name here but you know who you are :P)
Sometimes on sunday, I had to fellowship with others so yeah I have to eat there, so two times a week I pretty much give myself a break. I always tried to make out at the gym.
I hope that answer your question and I really don't want people to follow my diet plan.
